I still say that if we can't get Griffin or Hayward this summer, Milsap would be an ideal consolation prize.
But I just don't know where he will get us? We still aren't beating Cavs with that core and he's old enough that we shouldn't be putting max money into him .
What else are we going to do with the money? lol It's not like it'd be a trade that costs assets.
Seriously, though, if we don't spend it on one of those three, then more than likely we're just going to run it back with this same basic group, which I'm not a fan of. If we're just signing him with cap space, then you need to spend it somehow, and Milsap would be a significant upgrade for us.
