I mean, outside of the Kings, doesn't it make financial sense for him to wait until free agency rather than sign an extension anyways? That's just him trying to make as much money with as much long term security as possible.

It has to be because he wont sign an extension with any team I will not give up those picks without an extension from Cousins and I dont blame Danny for not trading for Cousins without it.When he made the trade for KG that was the key the extension.
