Rondo is one the worst teammates in NBA history

He is on one of the worst downfalls in NBA history

Rondo might be one of the biggest flukes in NBA history

Tell me how im wrong?

theres plenty worse downfalls than Rajon.

his play was never a fluke.  he was never the same after his ACL injury

I love Rondo! Tell it like it is!! Wade and Butler threw their teammates under the bus for selfishness, especially the young guys who are just learning how to get it done in the league.
I think Wade and Butler thought that they could motivate the team by going to the media. Jae Crowder and Gerald Wallace have done similar things in the past. I think Wade and Butler went too far, but ultimately both those guys are big time competitors who really wanted to win. I think people are being a bit too critical of them.
Jae and Wallace was different. They didn't exclude themselves from the blame. They said the team as a whole has a problem .

ILS obviously has it for Rondo..... he seems to be in the minority here.

Ainge would have to blow up the team, plus a Nets pick, to get Butler. I doubt it's worth it.

I think they could be very good as is , with Noel added. He's the piece they're missing. As long as they don't have to give up other starters, or the Nets picks.

word of the day, untradeable  noun. Any of a type of professional athlete who through action and inaction has made himself unattractive to other teams in the acquisition market.

'Rondo has joined Mosgov and Noah in the basket of untradeables'

Credit to JDz101 for this new word which will definitely become a useful word in sports literature.

I can never stop loving this guy.  This type of thing only made me love him more.  I love that he stay true to who he is, a person misunderstood but who doesn't give a flying F*uck.

Rondo reminding me of Marbury, I mean Starbury. Time to go to the CBA and win three championships there?

Rondo has the basketball IQ to be a great coach.

His inability to deal with people will prevent that from ever happening, even if he wants it.

As much as I love the shoutout to KG and Pierce. This is pathetic. The Bulls should waive Rondo ASAP. He is delusional at this point.

Delusional??? As much as I believe Rondo can be a stubborn SOB this is not one of those situations. He is right for calling out Wade and his cohort, Butler, for taking their angst out on their team mates.

Rajon is right on this one.
"I am not a bad teammate"
that bits delusional

Also, why the **** are you posting this on social media? If you are who you claim to be in this post, this should have been said in the locker room.
Rondo has clashed with coaches but he's not a bad teammate.  Butler and Wade threw their teammates under the bus to the media and that's why Rondo responded.  At least two others, Jerian Grant and Isaah Canaan, have responded.

Yup. He clashed with coaches&GMs, and that caused distraction in the locker room. He was a locker room problem because of that. But he wasnt a bad teammate.

I was fine with bringing Jimmy Butler before, but after this, nah.

Rondo's real problem is that Butler and Wade are the only players that give a [dang], Rondo included.

If I recall Jae used the words "us" "team". Sure, Butler and Wade may not have been part of the blame, but the right thing is use a collective term and not exclude yourself. Their team is full of young guys, that was so wrong.

Wade & Butler shouldn't be doing what they're doing but Rondo isn't doing himself any favors here, either. It's wrong too.   Keep that in the locker room.

In this instance, two wrongs don't make it right.

that's like calling a double technical when you should really be calling out the initial culprit. Wade and Butler broke the code by calling out teammates in public... they are at fault.

They really threw their teammates under this bus and it seemed like a coordinated comments. Wade and Butler clearly took the time to discuss the team's issues with each other and then make comments in the media, why not address the team? I think it's crappy that the team's so called leaders take no responsibility for the team's struggles and to publicly embarrass the team on top of it is just complete garbage. You can't take all the credit for winning and none of the blame for losing, that's not leadership.

As far as Rondo making the comments on social media - he's never done anything like this that I can recall. He's typically a private guy. Even in Dallas when things got bad with Rick, he wasn't in the media about it. Neither him nor Rick were. But he seems invested in some of the young players on that team - Bobby Portis talked about how he supported him at a pick up game and came to watch the younger guys play in summer league. Wade and Butler seem to care more about media than handling this in the locker room, so maybe he figures why not call them out in the media too? If you can dish, take it "leaders".
Very nice post. The thing is that social media is very powerful now. You can say stuff in the locker room but it's not going to impact the day to day of these young guys. Once Butler and Wade put the message out there the opportunity to solve it behind closed doors is gone. The fans will think that they are in the wrong. I imagine Rondo talked to some of the young guys and got a feel for them before posting this. He's probably going to be the scapegoat but I think he's fine with that if it means protecting the young guys from blame.

As for Dallas we still don't know what went down there. Carlisle seems like the worst coach for Rondo, as much as Rondo was at fault there was stuff going on behind closed doors for sure. He then rebuilt his image on the Kings to some degree. I'd like to see him on the Pelicans next year, or the Clippers
