CROWDER needs a sport's psychologist.

Thanks home fans you broke your own guy.
Then he didn't belong here.

shrug, whether he did or not, he is broken now. You break it you own it.

Good Job, Boston.
Maybe we can all sit around and give him back rubs and sing kumbaya to him.

Nah, I am sure Crowder need only look at his checks clearing to be at peace with himself.
Are you Jae Crowders wife or something? Your commentary on this issue makes close to 0 sense

Jae Crowder is married? Sorry I don't get that much into player's lives to know. Are you one of those that attacked Crowder on twitter?
No I didn't, I just don't understand why you believe a fan base "broke" crowder.

Because of the way he has been playing since the incident versus Utah. I think we can agree that Crowder is somewhat an overachiever, and he does this with inspired passionate play. When you take that away you get what he is doing now. In my opinion.

OK, I do disagree here. I think this is just a poorly timed stretch of bad games. However, if it is more than that doesnt the blame fall on Jae Crowder. An insignificant number of Celtics fans cheer a guy that plays his position and he is broken? That is pathetic.  If he is broken, he broke himself.

Well, lets see what happens. Hopefully you are right that his bad stretch just coincidentally happened with his perceived disrespect from some fans. I would not blame him if it is otherwise though. To blame him if he was emotionally hurt would be same as blaming players that suffer physical injuries.

He actively recruited Durant as well who you know would have taken his job.  Crowder seems to have some mental issues.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

I suspect what it comes down to is that he respects Durant as a star player; he does not respect Hayward.

I don't think it is either or. It probably is more accurate that he respects Durant's game more than he does Hayward's and who would disagree with that?

Yeah, to think he's as good or better than Hayward is just overconfidence, which can be a good quality in a player. To think he's as good or better than Durant would be delusional, which isn't.

Sure, but as FWF points out, the fact that he was incensed at Celts' fans showing admiration for Hayward implies that he sees himself as superior to Hayward.

Wrapped up in that too is probably the idea that getting Durant as a teammate puts him much closer to a ring, but getting Hayward just costs him his starting job. Regardless of how good Hayward is I doubt many players see him as a piece that gets you over the top without a superstar already onboard.
