Give Jerebko's minutes to Brown, and Young.

Jerebko looks totally unless.

youngs defense is still abysmal-he will get blown by
jerebko shot 39 % from three last year, moves laterally better than james-
-james had one good game

Which is irrelevant now. He is shooting an abysmal 23% from 3 and just 33% FG this season. James Young also put up a more impressive pre-season than Jerebko.

I may be wrong, but I thought Jonas got off to a slow start last season too.

I get a headache whenever JJ enters the game..."Oh God no" is my usual response.  He has been hot garbage every time he sees the floor.  I'm almost thinking Danny is forcing Brads hand to play him hoping he gets hot so he'd be easier to ship out when the right deal comes along. I cant see any other reason why this dude is getting so much PT right now, and then when him and Zeller are on the court together...it's almost puke worthy.  We can be so much better RIGHT NOW with less Jerebko.  Zeller I almost understand due to our lack of height but yes, JY can take JJ's role and even Mickey I'd go with over him at this point. Dude sucks. PERIOD.  Let's find out who gave Al the concussion and see how much it'll take to cause another 'accident' in practice! Is it illegal to have a bounty out on a teammate?

Young is still working on learning to play his position, do we really want him playing more time at PF?

I'll take Lucky over Jonas at this point.  No, I'm serious!

Jerebko's biggest issue is that he's a stretch 4 that can't shoot.

Jerebko has played like crap, but what keeps my faith in him is that he played like crap at the start of last year too.

Yes, but last year he was playing at the 3 to start the year, which can be used as an excuse for why he was so bad. What's the excuse this year?
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

Jerebko's minutes should all go to Jaylen Brown. I'm not seeing much Jerebko does better than Brown and it excels Brown's development.

I think once Crowder is back you will largely see this happen.  When everyone is healthy, I expect a 9-man rotation, with Young, Jerebko, Green, Zeller, and Mickey only on the court in garbage time or if someone at the top of the rotation gets into foul trouble.

Oh, I would love that but Brad never seems to shorten his rotation...

TP. We absolutely do not. The only way I see Young increasing his minutes due to Jerebko playing less is if Brown took Jerebko's minutes at the 4 then Young took Brown's minutes at the 3.

Problem is having Brown and Young on the court at the same time guarantees a defense that misses defensive rotations.

I'd rather see Mickey than Jerebko on the court
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

After experimenting with his rotation last year, he went with a ten man rotation. Right now two vet starters are hurt so he has to figure out and use the hot rookie on the bench, so he is playing a lot of bodies to see which of the youngsters is playing well and will help him win.

He cant help it if his 9 through 15 players are either very young or is a vet playing poorly. He is stuck with the players Ainge gave to him.

The concussion thing has been really annoying. Seriously, what happened? As for the bolded part, I can't agree enough. It is like the Zeller/Lee starting combo last year to start the season. We just need to move on past these two.

I generally agree with others' sentiments on the JJ issue. Brown and Young should get more time, but would be a little concerned with both at the same time at the 3-4. I know Young has sucked forever, but maybe he can show he is a rotational player. Playing Jerebko this much is confusing to say the least. Whenever Rozier and Brown make a mistake they are instantly pulled, but JJ's leash goes on forever.

Here's to hoping Crowder will push JJ back to the bench while Brown continues to get time to develop.

hell, let's make it simple. CBS should have a starting line up of:

- young
- rozier
- jackson
- mickey
- brown

let youth be served on the celtics. ;D

Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.
