Didn't see a thread on it so I will elaborate.

-undersized
-poor defensive rebounder
-terrible shooter
-lacks IQ

He does/is a couple of things:
-athletic
-quick release around the basket
-decent offensive rebounder.

I hope Brad removes him from starting lineup permanently for either Zeller or even Mickey.

Until we get a true Center that can rebound we will be good, not great

He is our new David Lee.  Starts early on, then comes off the bench, then barely plays and is either traded or released at some point.

I thought CB was above using this sort of juvenile language. Pray the moderators have sense enough to remove it.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism

More like Zeller since he started all last year (like Zeller did two years ago).

I am a fan of Amir's attitude/style and think he fits in really well with our group, but it seems like a spot in our line-up that could use a serious upgrade.

Hoping for a Horford/KO starting front court in the near future. Amir's toughness is needed in the front court for the 2nd unit anyway.

Am I alone in being generally satisfied with Zeller?

I mean, if he's Tony Battie 2.0, that's okay. He's probably better in some ways.

I'm looking forward to seeing what he does. Size, they say, cannot be coached. Or soft hands.

Let's have a little more respect for these guys.  You may not like him as a player, but he seems like a good guy who busts his butt.

No respect for anonymous internet cheap shot artists.

Amir was a huge part of our success last year. To dump on him after three games in such disrespectful terms diminishes your right to be considered a Celtic fan.

a tp from me as well, and for EB. let's not let the quality of posting in cb sink guys. you can make an intelligent, compelling, and critical thread without reverting to elementary school language. let's do better.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

We're 2-1...and might be 3-0 without the sucktitude of the refs in ALL 3 games.

We're ok.

Thanks, but I'm old enough that my parents have been gone for a number of years.  Learned some important things from them though.
