CJ Watson

Wow I disagree. I think he will prove to be a better player this year in itself. Completely different players. Watson was basically a shooter.

- Stuck between guard positions
- Not a great playmaker
- Solid defense
- Good spot up shooter
- Overall useful role player for 5-6 seasons

Seems like a reasonable comp to me.  Rozier will probably rebound better.

Thats fair, but  Watson is an average athlete.   Rozier has a couple of more inches wingspan and reach as well as elite athleticism.  That separates them and  gives Roz a much higher ceiling.

See if you can guess this comparison.

Both players weight are almost identical, Rozier has the wingspan advantage. Rozier has the standing vertical advantage and the max vertical advantage by a significant amount.

Player X has the advantage in Body fat percentage. Player X is taller and Player X is very good. Who is player X?

Has the player been listed yet? Is he an all star?

How about Patrick Beverly?
It seems he checks out all the boxes.

Rozier imo does not compare to wall. Rozier ball handling skills so far from what I have seen is "shaky" at best. Better than AB but not as good as wall

We will get to see more from him this season. So we will see

Also hope his shooting efficiency rises

Countless benchwarmers.

If he becomes a rotation staple this year, I would consider the question.

Maybe Barbosa?  (both are not pure pgs, long long wingspan, score 1st mentality)

I've always liked the Barbosa comparison, although I doubt he ever gets to peak-Barbosa level (which was good enough for a 6th man of the year award)
I'm bitter.
