Lol.  People around here are delusional af.  The guy is a bust at number 3.  To hang your hope on him is to willingly walking into disappointment.  HE'S A ROLE PLAYER AT BEST.  Now, are you ready to indict Danny, or should we keep waiting for the trainwreck?

Yea, you're not an idiot or anything.

He's a bust Clench, Really dude? You must be Shaqtin a Fool son. Going to remember that when he starts dropping 30 points every night.
Ok, I'll take that backhanded insult now only if you're willing to take it when it turn out I'm right.  Deal?

I'll wait the 4-5 years for him to develop while you label him a 19 year old bust. Deal? He's not Lebron or Durant, dude.

Lebron or Durant?  Lol!  Dude, get real.  We'd be very lucky to have 2008 to 2010 Rondo on our hands.

Lebron or Durant

That must be a typo.  You mistakenly added 0.
did danny pick on you growing up or something?

Nah, he only snoozed on the job he gets paid millions of dollars for and blew our only chance at being a contender anytime soon.

Yeah. Lol. What he said. Free throws. A lot of missed free throws.

He was like 11-17... I hardly call that "a lot of missed free throws"...

Who's got a YouTube hopefully somebody's working on it. I wanna show a buddy of mine who didn't get to catch the game.

Lol, show him what, free throws? ;D

What's wrong with generating free throws? I told you a while ago Brown was gonna be a good player. You can't take much from summer league, but you can see a little about personality and basic skillset

Brown has the killer instinct, and more importantly he has an obvious ability to drive to the basket and generate points. That's HUGE. A little time to hone in his finishing and shooting ability, and he's gonna be a really good player.

That driving ability is gonna be what separates him from a "role player"

He'll be a very poor version of Kawhi Leonard. 10 pts, 6 reb, 2 ast kind of guy at his peak.
Yabusele doesn't seem to promising either. He's fast. Yes. He's strong, yes. But he can't jump over a freaking napkin. Wasn't able to rebound well, play good defense... probably because he can't get off of the ground.

One of the problems with Brown is that he is overconfident and eccentric. He will have a good work ethic, but I'm still doubtful of what a behavior like this leads to.

Brown is unique for the Celtics ,  we have nobody that comes close to his ability to attack the basket like he does.

I hear that yo, Brown is everything Smart was supposed to be. A really athletic player that gets to the rim at will, and can't shoot.

You see the advantages he has, Super quick first step, Four inches taller, super explosive jumping ability.

Smart just doesn't have those qualities. He's still good though.

But Smart also does a lot of things that Brown has yet to do, so let's not sell Smart short here after one decent performance by Brown.

Two in thesame

No. We really should label a top 3 pick who's 19 years old a bust. Go on. Please tell us why he's a bust after one SL game.

Do you ever have anything positive to say about any of our players or do you post simply to get your emoji fix on?

Yes, in fact, I do.  Jackson and Bentil looked great, tonight, imo, even though it's only the summer league.

ya he hovered around his college average %-wise. i wouldve liked to see him improve in that regard, but in this game he's played as advertised. great athlete, can get to the line, can defend, needs improved ft shooting, needs to let the game come to him.

its all there though. jus gotta put it together.

There were Yabusele comparisons to Draymond Green after he got drafted...every C's draft pick is terrific...LOL

It's not the SL game.  I knew it as soon as Adam Silver announced his name as our pick that Danny, as usual, made a colossal mistake.  Danny is great at many things, but on draft day, him and his son should not be in that room (unless he's trading that pick), plain and simple.  Jaylen Brown wasn't the BPA at number 3.  Not even close.

Yes, fairly certain.I also watched him in Cal. Unless he radically made improvements from his last game in college, which is doubtful in such a short span of time, Danny may have made a mistake.
