I would offer Rozier, Olynyk, Jerebko or Hunter, Yabusele, Zizic and the Clippers pick for Noel. Gives them a point guard, 3pt range off the bench, and decent to good defense. replaces Noel with a center that can put up good numbers in 20-25 minutes, and a guy to stash in Yabusele.
The Clippers pick in three years may actually be worth something--CP will be 33 or 34 and Blake Griffin will be about 30 that season--it probably falls in the 15-18 range (low playoff seeded range) unless the team gets drastically better in free agency the next couple of years.
We are basically trading good 2-way bench pieces, and a possible starter in Rozier if his offense catches up to his defense (he showed good signs of development at the end of the season), for a strong defensive starter caliber--but limited offensive caliber center, and giving a probably decent pick for good measure.
There may need to be a third team involved because of financial reasons but something like this could probably work simply because the 76ers have Simmons and Embiid (or Okafor) to build around assuming Embiid has a healthy year. Both if healthy will probably be rookie of the year candidates. So what the team really needs is players to surround them with.
