it better be with another first rounder and saric coming back cause noel is hot garbage and doesn't do crap for the celtics.

Other than him making us the best defensive team in the league, I agree with you.  ;)

While making us the worst offensive team in the league.

How will replacing Amir with Noel make us any worse of an offensive team? Noel would probably score even more than Amir due purely to his athleticism/ability to put more junk in around the basket.
Outside shooting and passing ability.

What outside shooting are you talking about? Perhaps you didn't watch this past year, but Amir has no outside shooting anymore. After about ten games in, he stopped shooting the three because A) it took him an hour to get it off, and B) he sucked at it. He averaged 0.1 made threes a game on 0.5 attempts a game at .315%. We're not losing anything with his outside shooting. He didn't even provide spacing, because everyone knew they could stay in the paint and get to Amir before he'd even get the shot off with how slow his release is.
When healthy, amir offered some post scoring Noel wont offer. I hadnt noticed Amir's passing but Ill give the benefit of the doubt.

those are the two things Amir give you that Noel does not.

Dude, if you think Noel does not offer passing ability, then you clearly have either not watched or are not remembering correctly any significant amount of Noel game footage. He's a very good passer, much better than Amir.
Ive never Notivce Noels passing

Also, some of y'all need to acquaint yourself with what Noel looks like when he's confident on offense. I mean, if you're gonna say "Amir when healthy", then Nerlens when confident is a fair comparison. I'd rather have had the latter on this year's team. Even more so on next year's team.

Ugghh, I'm so excited for Noel, and I'm going to be highly disappointed if we don't end up getting him.

Career 1.8 APG. Tell me more about his passing? That's not even sarcasm, I want to know.

I loved Perk on the Celtics, so I say this in love, but if Stonehands Slowgather was good enough to start on a title team, so is Nerlens Noel.

Hope we pull this off.  I was just on nbadraft.net reading their comments from the 2013 draft.  http://www.nbadraft.net/players/nerlens-noel.

He's a good fit for us and opens up other avenues for us to make moves.

Amir has a career average of 1.8 Ast Per 36, and hes very well known for being a pretty good passing big.

Noel's is 2.1 Ast Per 36, which is actually very decent for a 22 year old center

Please no Noel. The kid trashed a house he was renting and sent a threatning response to the owners

He cant shoot.  He made little to no impact in the last 2 years for the 76ers

Okafor defense worries me and he will be sitting his bum down all of the 4th quarter, while Dunn kicks our bum

Just pick Dunn

Sully (allegedly) beat the hell out of a woman and he was on this team for 4 years.

I don't think destroying a home is going to impact whether or not Ainge brings him in.

Amir is top 10 in assist percentage for PFs, Nerlens is much lower (40s) but still in solid territory.

Both are willing and relatively capable passers when they get the ball.

Yup, good enough when the other starters are mostly HOF players.

TP for Stonehands Slowgather, first of his name, breaker of toes, father of fumbles...
In the summer of 2017, I predicted this team would not win a championship for the next 10 years.

3 down, 7 to go.

Expanding the search to all big men and forwards last season:

Amir clocks in at 45th, Noel at 59th

http://bkref.com/tiny/6rSKj

Both pretty good passers, but not special.
