The Bulls' talks to acquire Kris Dunn were more serious with the Celtics than the Timberwolves, per source.

This WAS gonna happen. But Danny loves crowder/Bradley too much to get a star

Tbh I love Bradley and we need Crowder (who else plays the 3 exactly).

I don't blame him for keeping Bradley/Crowder. Had hopes of a three way trade involving Philly as well that got us Butler too.

Ellenson is terrible.

Stone feet

but works hard and is skilled

He will struggle defensively at the NBA level

On the plus side, it's gonna be a lot of fun to hear Tommy say Guerschon Yabusele.

Word is Bulls were listening on Jimmy Butler, but not shopping him. Teams ALWAYS listen. Boston made the strongest push for him, but for now I'm told he stays.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

So Luwawu, korkmaz, the two Croatians and Davis are still left.  So one of those has to be available at 23.  Plus though not a position of need, Murray is still out there.

Which means Danny will take none of them.

Yeah, at this rate his next pick will be a homeless dude sleeping outside the Barclay center.

So Danny can't unload these picks so he has to pick a bunch of bums from Europe because we don't have enough roster spots? This is terrible! :'(

-Yabusele won't join the Celtics this season, but he's an upside pick with a game similar to Atlanta's Paul Millsap. You can't go wrong with a guy like that. -

This means Scal, Davis, the two Croations, Luwawu, or Johnson will be there at #23.

I'd take any except Scal.

Please get one I want tonight.

Why get somebody good? That pick has Stephen Zimmerman written all over it. Maybe Tyler Ulis.

Danny can still save this draft.  Davis lasts until 23, trade two seconds for a late 1st and pick up a Croatian, at 31 or 35 draft the Chinese guy and Wiltjer or the Iowa kid Uthoff or whatever his name is.  He looks good at the combine.

This board is really slow.  annoying.

Also why do people report that the celtics made a surprising pick at 16.  I think i said ainge was going to do something different there.  What did people really expect then to waste it on overrated talent they don't need?

To the people who report that stuff it's your own fault for being surprised.  Don't report crap?

I've worked in IT and you guys really couldn't have this site up and running on the biggest night of the year either?
