The thing with Smart is that most are expecting too much as he was such a high draft pick.. Does he really ply up to the number 6 pick? probably not but most top 10 picks usually dont either.. However he can be a lockdown defender, guy with unlimited hustle, and if he can work on scoring with the ball in his hand he can be an Avery Bradley type of player putting up 15ppg with better rebounding..

See, this is just trolling. There's absolutely no indication that Smart is anything but an excellent worker with a superb work ethic. That's been his MO his whole career and everyone that has played with or coached him has said this exact thing. Saying he's not a hard worker is absolutely baseless and fueled just by contempt for him.

I wouldnt say that... Ever watch him in pregame warmups... I have seen him literally hit every shot so it shows that he works on his shot... now he needs to translate that to game time..
