What bothers me most about this series is how well Amir, Crowder, and Smart on switches, have handled Millsap. He's been a terror on defense, but they've defended him well. Perimeter defense continues to be a problem though. I wonder if AB can come back.

Even if he can, he won't be Avery Bradley.  Hard to keep up with anybody with a busted hammy.

IT put the team on his back.  That's what All Star's do.

For sure.  Huge load to carry on a 5' 9'' frame, especially when you consider that Jared Sullinger is on this team.
5'7" - and I don't even want to guess how much Sully weighs right now.  ;D

The Celtics played with grit tonight. I hope this opened some key free agents' eyes tonight...esp Kevin Durant, and Al Horford.

I agree. I just hate that Teague and Schroder continue to burn us. Oh, well.

Much love to IT and Jonas tonight. Smart too. Crowder can at least say he's been solid defensively all series, because he has.

Nice to win, IT was dope. Wish we were healthy, this could be a great series.

IT is a man! What a huge game. You gotta give it to the resilience of this team. Without Bradley, KO, a working offensive Crowder and Sullinger too fat to play and we have been hanging in there as best as we can.

Need more game 1 Smart to come out to bring us back to Atlanta 2-2.

Bahahahaha that's why BB is there, scouting fatboy for a nose tackle.

Ok.   Thomas earned his all star badge tonight.  Dude is legit.  Keep it up.

Yes he did. I NEVER wanna hear anyone tell me he "hurts us more than helps us" or "he's really stil a 6th man". Isaiah Thomas is a star in this league. He just straight carried this team to a win in the playoffs, scoring 42 points and making two HUGE defensive plays down the stretch. Best player under 6 feet I've ever seen.

If someone, ANYONE can step up and give us some offense the rest of this series, we have a chance solely because of IT.

Wow. What a game. That changes the series entirely and what an unreal game by IT!

Good win. Hawks never folded and made the C's earn it. Gotta get Game 4 now to put some pressure on them.

IT is a man. He may not be able to do it again, but once is enough for me. Proved he's worth his salt. We needed to win 1 or 2 in this series to open the eyes of some FAs IMO, injuries or not. Gritty performance, crowd was great. Steal one more on Sunday and who knows... maybe KO will return. In the end, probably over in no more than 6 without AB... but we fought hard tonight. Proud of those guys.

Man. I wish Crowder could hit even 2 or 3 more open shots.

That's the sad part. For all the gripes that have been made about Bradley/KO being out, I think the Celtics could have very well been ahead in this series if Crowder wasn't playing on a busted ankle. Tonight would have been a blow-out if he hit just 2 more threes tonight.
