I agree.  But the fact that Stevens still runs him tons of minutes shows you how much he values his defensive versatility.  Well that and we have a lack of depth right now.

We simply don't have another option right now. He just needs to look to facilitate and not shoot jumpers.

It's like with Turner ... our offense requires wide open shooters on the arc to take those shots.  Crowder just has to go with it and hope he finds rhythm again.
