I always assume I know nothing about everything, and so far I'm dead on!

I was wrong about ...
Sully: A few months ago I said no way is this guy going anywhere. I was wrong. He's so overweight. That disqualifies him. You want everyone on the same page which is running. If he wants to stay for the minimum (ha!), then he can be the eleventh man. I still want Pressey back as permanent 15th man.
you were wrong to change your mind on Sully.

The C's are all about chemistry. It is about creating a green wave. Sullinger slows us down. How can someone overweight play in a system that depends on speed and rotating on defense? He's okay now only because we are still missing a couple more key players who can run. Sully's also not exactly setting the world on fire with threes or regular two's it seems. He was great and carried us at the beginning of the year. I agree with that idea. He looks bigger as if he will never get in shape. That's my opinion.

He's obviously one of the most talented players on the team, yet like I've said before, this isn't golf, football, baseball or some of these other less athletic sports.

It's too bad. Sully could have been a nice part of the next title.

The fan's goal to win a championship as many times as possible. More fans...I mean posters as well, enjoy watching the games and being competitive.
You were wrong about Myles Turner.
CB Mock Deadline - Minnesota Timberwolves
Kemba Walker / Tyus Jones / Aaron Brooks
Jimmy Butler / Jamal Crawford / Treveon Graham
Rodney Hood / Nic Batum / Marcus Georges Hunt
Taj Gibson / Nemanja Bjelica / Jonas Jerebko
KAT / Derrick Favors / Cole Aldrich
Picks - 2018 CHA 1st (Lotto protected), none out

I think what you're wrong about is thinking that the two are mutually exclusive
I'm bitter.

Nothing
embiid's injury in particular.

Man that guy is going to be a monster.  It's probably better for his long-term career that they convinced him to get a bone graft.  He could have played this season, but the bone graft will make it less likely for him to re-injure himself.  Buy stock in embiid. I never sold mine. Some re-draft rankings have him not even being selected in the 1st round.  It's pretty funny.  He's probably going to be the centerpiece of that team next year. I listened to a podcast with Bill Simmons and Charles Barkley the other day.  Barkley thinks philly has a shot to make the playoffs next year with embiid.  Lol
TP

lots of good information on Embiid.

I don't know if he will ever play at the NBA, but if he ever does, his ceiling is really high.

I also like Hinkie's approach.

Noel, Embiid, Okafor, a ****load of picks in the coming year, and all these Euros waiting to come to the NBA. All that at the price of not getting eliminated in the first round of the playoffs for a couple of years. ofc it can easily all go down in flames, but IMO the risk was worth taking.

What Hinkie does, if successful, could transform the role of the GM in the NBA.

Having said this, I don't think this approach would have suited Boston and I do not suggest we should have gone down that path: we had a very different set of assets in our hands back in 2013, a different (may I say better?) franchise culture and history, and a wider fanbase to rely on.

tl;dr still avoiding to discuss what I was wrong about.

David Lee being a solid 12/8 ish starter.

IT regressing and becoming a poor man's Nate Robinson.

The X Files new episodes being terrible.

Mickey racking up some okay numbers in garbage minutes.

That first episode was a little terrible, the next one made up for it though

You were wrong about Myles Turner.
I said he was cut from the same cloth as Karl Towns(spreading floor and protecting the paint/block shots) and that he could be an elite shot-blocker while also spreading the floor on offense, which less than 4 players in the league can do at an elite level(even less at the Center position).....
Also said he could get better because of his gait problem and the progress he has made in such little time.

What exactly was I wrong about?

Ya I can agree with you that they are not, as long as you believe KO is the next Dirk.

But many ppl overestimate a player, ex Kelly O, and believe we will be even better in a few years because we are young and therefore the only way to go is up. A couple guys actually believe KO will be a star/ top 20 player...if I thought that then ya I would be an example of your point.

To be honest I am just pessimistic.

Last year I wrote a post about KO... Rust or Bust?

I was wrong about Kelly, and I love his work ethic.

Believe me, you weren't the only one.
