Near the end of preseason I posted that this was the worst defensive Celtics team since 2006. Also, in another post I wrote that a number of players were incredibly selfish.... thinking of their stat sheet first, then winning. And, that it was big mistake not resigning Bass.
I was going to wait until the end of the season to post this, but so far, it looks like I was wrong on all accounts. They've turned both their defense and offense totally around since the beginning of preseason. Plus, everyone's shooting has improved. Thus, the need for Bass' consistent offense hasn't been necessary.
My impressions of the rookies wasn't all that great. Still not impressed. Although, Jordan has me intrigued with his tenacious defense and scoring.
