Kelly's lack of consistent aggression is keeping him from extensive minutes and increase in his numbers. His second biggest weakness is his poor foul shooting percentage relative to his 3 point percentage. I would bet his differential between these two percentages (assuming a certain minimum of shots from each area) has to lead the league, or near the top. Most great three point shooters are also great foul shooters (Curry, Ray Allen, Bird, e.g.). Tommy Heinsohn says it is because he rushes taking his foul shots, especially the front end of two shot fouls.
Are you listening, Kelly??
