I have not matched salaries perefectly because it would take too much time, but the principals would stay the same.1. Isaiah Thomas, Dallas 2016 1st rounder > BucksJabari Parker, Milwaukee 2016 1st rounder > CelticsThe Bucks desperately need shooting and Kidd is the type of GM who would make a win-now move despite their horrible record. I wouldn't necessarily want to do this deal, I just think it's something that could realistically happen. The Bucks GM is still John Hammond, who I should think would be smart enough not to make a short sighted move of this nature. Also, why do you have the Bucks giving up so much more value in that trade than the Celts? Higher value player asset (due to potential), plus a much better pick.

He's also under team control for two more years at a very low price, which a team like OKC, which has been hesitant to spend in the past, will appreciate. KO can play some of Ibaka's minutes and still offer the floor-stretching that Ibaka offers at the fourCeltics: We get an outstanding two-way player who fits very well in our system. He's not quite a star, but Ibaka is a really excellent, young player. We also clear up some of the logjams in the front and back courts. It will be really interesting to see how OKC responds to not winning this year. To see if they start to consider making Ibaka available for a trade. Almost unthinkable in the past ... but you get the feeling there is more desperation there now. That time is running down on them. To make that next jump and to be a title winner.... and also that Presti does not have a good plan how to make that happen.I don't think they can possibly afford to move Ibaka now that they've committed long term to Kanter. Gotta have a shot-blocker / rim protector who can also space the floor a bit. If they trade Ibaka they'd need to get back somebody who can take over that role. Kelly Olynyk is not that.

I would love to see OKC play a D'Antoni style offense with Ibaka at center and Kevin Durant at PF. That could be a lot of fun.

That could be a lot of fun. When I've watched they do seem to go small some of the time with that lineup. That's what I would do, get your best players on the floor. Question is, is Waiters better than Adams/Kanter?

Kelly Olynyk is not that. They haven't really committed to Kanter yet. They gave the money but he is only playing 20mpg and is not even starting. Not committing playing time to Kanter. Not giving him a large role in the team. Not committing to an Ibaka + Kanter starting big man pairing. Kanter looks more likely to be on his way out than a long term fixture there.
Not sure if this is the case, but if OKC is sour on Kanter long-term and want to dump his contract, would you take it on to acquire Ibaka?Would you do something like:BOS gets: Kanter, IbakaOKC gets: Lee, Johnson, Olynyk, 2016 Boston first

Or do you think somebody would trade for him?
I could be wrong, but I would think that Kanter would be a negative asset despite his youth and size because he's signed for so much money for the next 3 years. It at the very least seems like there's a big risk he never improves in the term of his current deal. It seems like he's at the age where big men either take over or flame out.
