You know, I like how this season is panning out. The Warriors may possibly get run out of the playoffs due to fatigue from chasing the record and the Cavs could possibly implode from all this dysfunction...sooo Celtics-Spurs NBA Finals anyone?

I would not be surprised to see OKC beat SA. Man Tony Parker stinks now.

And Duncan, Aldridge and Leonard don't.

Remember that when Westbrook is dropping 40 point games on him. That is a huge matchup problem. SA might get by OKC but he's a huge liability on that team. Curry had no fear anything tonight.

I was watching the Utah-SAS game 2-3 days ago and Shelvin Mack out-played Tony Parker. Parker couldn't stop Mack from driving past him. Parker is in trouble. I think his backup, Patty Mills, is the better option for SAS at this point.

Parker must be playing through an injury or something ... but right now he is a liability for SAS.

Not a good sign for SAS.

Oh wow, Memphis down 1 with the ball with a minute to go in the game! Could Memphis really deny the Warriors 73? If they lose tonight, they might not even tie the overall record with the Spurs tomorrow!

Memphis has the ball with 8 seconds to go down by 1! They could end the Warriors' dream with a buzzer beater!

Stephenson was obviously fouled on that 3 attempt. He got fouled twice, lol. Thompson ran into him.
Favoritism just like that C's game and Green.

Haha the Kings just gave up a 7 point lead to OKC with 30 seconds to go. Now 7 seconds left and Kings ball in a tied game. A loss like this in the very last game of the Sleep Train Arena might be the push Cousins needs to demand a trade.

And looks like the Kings beat OKC Thunder. Cousins must be staying!  ???

Two records at stake tonight between Warriors and Spurs.

Warriors lose and they won't be able to beat Bulls' 95-96 record.
Spurs lose and it will be their first home loss of the season.

Boris Diaw is out, and I think Tim Duncan is resting. Should be a blowout win for the Warriors if that's the case.

I can't help but wonder if the Nuggets could have made the playoffs had Danilo Gallinari and Wilson Chandler stayed healthy.

I also can't help but wonder if the Timberwolves could have made the playoffs had their genius head coach realized that perhaps he should have been starting his 5 best players on the roster from the start.

I also can't help but wonder if Chicago may blow it up this summer because while young teams like Detroit, Milwaukee, and Orlando are on the way up, the Bulls themselves are on the way down.

Watching this Spurs/Warriors game, I'm starting to become more and more convinced that the Spurs can't beat the Warriors in a 7-game series.  I used to think the Spurs were the only team that could possibly beat them, now I think the Warriors would win that series in 6.

It's still fun to watch the playoffs, but on a macro level, honestly they may as well just give the Warriors the title now.  Nobody's beating them.

Yeah the Celtics are the only team who can beat the Warriors!   ;)

Yeah, it certainly appears so. I know a lot of Spurs fans are arguing that these last two games have been without Diaw, which is actually fairly significant. From what I remember, they didn't really have an answer for him in the win against GSW.

I suppose I can't refute that point because it is true, he hasn't played...but I don't know man.  It's hard for me to believe that Boris Diaw is the end all, be all for the Spurs when it comes to beating the Warriors.  Like for them to say "oh well we didn't have Boris Diaw"...like really?  When it comes to beating arguably the greatest team of all time, you're gonna hang your hat on Boris Diaw?  Sorry, I just can't buy it.

He's a key ball-mover and playmaker for them, but yeah, he shouldn't be moving the needle that much.

Honestly I'd say the general tendency for the Spurs to coast and save strength for the playoffs is a bigger factor for these last couple games, but we're also talking about taking down a historically great team.  It's a stretch no matter who's trying to do it.
