Chris Paul up to his usual tricks again :o

Kind of think he was just trying to clear space instead of an intentional sack tap... Durant's marbles just happen to be at elbow height for CP3, lol.

Offensive foul either way though.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

How many times has his own team suspended him for, 'conduct detrimental to the team?' He must be right up there in the all-time lead in this category, right? Perhaps they will consider trading him this off-season, although I am not sure if he will ever be able to convert his attitude into something palatable.

Welp looks like Lebron's Cavaliers destroyed Kobe's Lakers one last time.

Two enemies of the Celtics going at each other, now what a sight to see!

Chalmers has been waived by Memphis. Kind of a dirty move if you ask me, the guy tore his Achilles and now he has to rehab on his own without team facilities, staff, and doctors. I have no respect for the organization anymore, no free agent should feel comfortable going there.

The IR is full and they have mandatory suit up players. It's not their choice. They have to release and bring in a body to play. I feel bad for that team fighting through the injuries despite others going tank mode and this happens.

Wow, Curry is shooting 38.4%...from 39+ feet.   Better than the league average from 3.

The NBA doesn't even have an IR or disabled list -- it's not that it's full, it's that there are no alternatives.  Traditionally teams allow players they've released due to injury to continue rehabbing at the team facility if they want, and teams are obligated to pay for surgery and related medical costs.  Certainly Chalmers isn't ready to even start rehabbing given that his injury was Wednesday, but I would be surprised if when he is ready to begin, team facilities aren't made available to him.

This is standard operating procedure.  Recall the Celtics did the same thing with Chris Wilcox after he had heart surgery in 2012.  He was on one-year deal, so the team released him to make room for a free agent (Ryan Hollins I think).  The organization let him use facilities as he was able, kept tabs on his recovery, and then re-signed him the following summer.

I know its not a IR list as in separate, its one roster. That is why I said mandatory suit up and didnt say IR list just IR players is full. Rosters have a limit and there must be a certain number available for play.

They could easily apply for , and get, an injury exception.
