I just realized the Mavs and Jazz play eachother on April 11th. That game could potentially be huge. 538 has them both projected to win 40 games, and that would be the 3rd time and last time the teams meet, and thus potentially the tiebreaker for the playoffs.
[dang] it, LeBron is sitting out tonight against the Mavs.
It looks like the Mavs just don't have it tonight. Hopefully the warriors take care of business and the trailblazers at least split the other 2 games. That seems like a likely scenario. Which would put that Mavs at 2-9 in the past 11 games. With confidence nearing rock bottom, with only 10 games left on their schedule.I think we might have a 2nd lottery pick on our hands. Side note: The Jazz face the T-Wolves and Suns 2 times each in the next month.
And the Mavs lost to a LeBronless Cavs team. Here is what the Wiz looked like vs a LeBronless Cavs team a couple weeks ago: http://www.nba.com/games/20160228/CLEWAS/gameinfo.html?ls=eref:google:1b:postDavid Lee did have a decent game, but they're 4-7 since acquiring him and he's been garbage most of the time.
