While I recognize that Houston sucks this year and Atlanta is missing a couple of starters, at what point do we have to accept the fact that the Nets may, in fact, be better than we are giving them credit for? I know that Jarrett Jack won't be a superhero forever, but they beat Houston (at least better on paper), should have beaten Golden State and are beating Atlanta as we speak.

Look, I'm all in on Skalenfreude and Simmisery, but these guys are making me nervous.

We start to look at them seriously when they win a couple, they beat a Houston team that is in a free fall and they may have played Golden State hard but they still lost. Sure they are taking a lead into the 4th against the Hawks but let's see if it lasts.

Nets missed a ton of chances to put this game away.

They are not currently playing like a bottom of the barrel team in the NBA but they are an injury away from being in that group since they really lack depth.

If they keep losing but are playing better I can live with it.

Ellington is a better player than I thought, really doing a good job on Korver.

You just can't keep playing better and losing forever. But yes, I'd rather a "good" Nets team loses than a "crappy" one wins.

Agree with you that they are very thin in the case of an injury, but looking good so far.

Oh, one more thing. I sweated through every Nets game last week and nearly had cardiac arrest from the Patriots game. I don't think that asking for one good blowout is demanding a lot! ;)

It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

My thought is that it is probable that someone on their team will get injured. Since there is a huge drop off after their main rotation any injury could be a big problem for them. My hope is that by the time they play better they won't have start to win.

Teague being out has really hurt the Hawks Schroder hasn't been very good.
