Man the Hawks have just been so disappointing lately

Their roster just ain't that good.

No Teague was huge. You have to give the Nets credit they've really been fighting. Our games against them are going to be huge

Uh oh. Nets starting to looking more like the 30-35 win team I was worried they would be.   :(

We are gonna need some injuries.

The Nets looked like the Nets.  No surprises there.

Atlanta looked horrible.  20 turnovers.  Schroder was terrible and got abused by Jack in the first half.  Really missed Teague tonight.

I knew it.

Long as Lopez plays they CAN win .

It's all about Lopez being on the court.

Could be worse.  A couple bounces of the ball and Brooklyn could be on a 4 game winning streak right now.

They beat the Rockets.
They lost by 2 to the Kings in a game where Rondo had 23 points, 14 assists, 10 rebounds... and Cousins had 40 points.
Then they went into overtime vs the best team in the world and lost.

And now they beat one of the best teams in the East by 2.   I guess they were due.

I still think Brooklyn is going to be better this season than people think... but hopefully they suck.

I'm sticking to 25 wins, but I'm also sticking to my belief that these guys are better than expected. We can make all the excuses in the world for their opponents, but the bottom line is that they are either winning or getting too close for comfort. The 76ers, they ain't.

Honestly I think it's more that they caught the Hawks on a bad night. No Teague and they just haven't looked good lately. The Cs used to pull out some wins like these during the 25 win season two years ago. Nets play hard, but I don't think it's sustainable

Schroder defense in particular was really bad at the end, and their execution on their final possession, not to mention the ATO play, was awful.

25-30 wins is possible.

Agree Teague and Bazemore might have swayed the game the Hawks way.

I just was amazed How little the Hawks went inside on the Nets.    Horford should have pounded the the ball in on Lopex ...foul him out make him jump.....or stand there flatfooted.

Teams still are scared to go inside on Nets .    SMH .....

Teague and a healthy Horford really pushed their record past where it should have been last year against a weak East.

sad the Nets won, but I'm happy about Brook Lopez's performance lol. Dude's been carrying my fantasy team, particularly on blocks.

I will give anyone any number of tommy points if the Nets win 30 games. It would be an incredible statistical overachievement given their roster and in that case, Hollins should win COTY.
