  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
Big Al is killing Lopez in the post.
Problem is that Lopez is literally walking to the basket vs Big Al's horrid D too.

Hornets surely can't give this lead up with 6 mins left.
Time for some Linsanity in New York.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

What a shot by Batum after Kilpatrick (really, btw?) with consecutive 3s. Got that lead back up to 7.

Nets announcers just said the Nets are #1 in the NBA from three since All Star break.
Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.?

The Nets are pretty competitive with Hollis-Jefferson back. I think it's time to give up on the third worst record, and start rooting for the Wolves

They have been competitive in a couple games without Hollis-Jefferson.

The Nets are pretty competitive when Lopez and Kilpatrick score 54 points on 67% shooting.

I don't anticipate the Nets going on a run.

It's also a back to back for Charlotte (on the road) after a huge comeback win vs the Spurs.
Hollis Jefferson isn't moving the needle too much.

Kilpatrick and Bojan seem to be the real difference makers. Clearing JJ out and getting RHJ back has really infused this team with some youth and energy.

Amazing air-ball three by Lopez, btw. Thanks for that, Brook!

Very good. Nets play way too hard. Going to be tight unless they shut down Lopez.

one down, twelve to go.

Nets schedule is pretty brutal. It's possible they don't win another game.

TP. Great opinion. Brilliant take.

Of Brooklyn's last 12 games, 9 are against Eastern Conference playoff teams and only 5 of the 12 are at home. They will also likely be resting Lopez for one or two of these games.

Are we talking about the same team who lost to the Sixers (twice!) and was swept by the Wolves and Lakers?
