Man, I'm starting to wish we had the Rockets' pick.  How are they this trash???

My hypothesis is that the Warriors beat them so badly in last years conference finals to the point that it traumatized Harden and Howard. I think their mindset right now is that there is no point to trying because the Dubs are one notch better than them. Unless they add a guy like Kevin Durant they're not getting past them, so why even care?

I am kind of surprised they have dumped Markel Brown out of their rotation. I thought he was one of their "prospects." I think he even started a few games early on. They have gone to ellington over him with RHJ out?

Clint Capela is getting flat out abused tonight.  The Rockets look like a joke, but plenty of game left.  Feels like they should be down more considering how pathetic they look.

I am only looking at box score, but can't recall a game that Harden had taken 3 shots approaching half time. While Brewer has taken 10 and Jones, Capela and Beverly have combined for 13. Is he sick, pouting, something else?

The Rockets have had a very frustrating season so far. They just don't look right, even after firing McHale and then benching Lawson. Lawson killed that team.

Pretty easy to see why Houston is bad.  Harden looks like he couldn't care less about winning.  He and Howard give half effort on defense.  When your two best players don't care, why should anyone else?  It's almost like they're trying to make a statement to the organization or something.  That or they think they can flip some magical switch come playoff time - if they make the playoffs.

He's getting swallowed up in the paint by Brook and Thad. He got bailed out once but the other times the refs let the play go on. He also jacked up a couple threes off the bounce with a hand in his face. He's been Marcus Smart like.
