Good, insightful reply without resorting to name calling.  TP for you.
You are probably right...I'm just not convinced that Harris is a max-contract player.  I would like to see him on the C's but I want him on at the right price.

What is the right price?

I'd be fine with a max offer, or close to it. He's 22 and will develop into an All-Star, and with the cap going up he might end up being a bargain at some point. He can be the second best player on a championship team in 3 or 4 years.

I'd do Sully, Turner and Wallace for Harris.
Trade AB for Ibaka.
Sign Monroe.

Jonny if the Celts don't give him the max he will not be a Celtic, it is the only way he would come here, he is 100% worth it in my mind, he would instantly become our best player.

Where are you getting this AB for Ibaka talk?  Is that rumored somewhere?  Seems unrealistic to me.

To make the contracts work out, wouldn't we have to do Wallace, Bradley, and picks/youngsters?

$15 million per. He's exactly the type of player we should target, and have a high probability of attracting.  Is it a bit of an overpay? Maybe. But that's the cost the C's have to pay for playing in a cold weather, high tax, unappealing market.

My apologies it's all unrealistic in truth.

With the AB to Thunder, I just think Thunder were better when they had a defensive guard to pair with Westbrook. As Sefo was. Add in the the Kanter and Adams duo did well may make Ibaka off injury and high paid the man out. C's do have the TPE to absorb Ibaka then Thunder trade for AB creating a small TPE. So it's a TPE and AB for Ibaka. Thunder resign Kanter.

Maybe Wallace, Bradley, Olynyk (and a pick) for Harris and Nicholson?
Helps us get a little bigger.

Thomas.  Rozier
Smart.  Hunter.   Turner
Harris.  Crowder. Young
Sullinger.  Mickey
Zeller.  Nicholson.

Also gives us the ability to move Crowder or Harris to the 4 and go small when needed. Would still have plenty of guards for a 3 guard lineup.

There are cheaper options out there for OKC to sign then to trade Ibaka.

After reading more about Tobias Harris, I feel he would be the perfect fit for Brad Stevens' offense and defensive system.

A lot of poster saying he's not a 'max contract' player however you have to ask yourself, max of what?  A max contract for Harris is under 15m per year.  The reason the Magic might not match is their current cap situation.  The reason the Celtics could have less competition to sign Harris is that any team that makes an RFA bid has a cap hold for that amount until the offer is matched or declined.

So we have a realistic shot of landing a 22 year old SF who could turn into a borderline all-star player or better.  That's a pretty good use for 15m dollars!

This article convinced me that Harris is worth the money:
http://www.basketballanalyticsbook.com/2015/05/06/the-nbas-most-underrated-player/

Summary:
.85 PPP as ball handler off the pick and roll.  This is a pick and roll league and Harris is one of the best in the NBA at it.

3 Pt FG%.  We've seen the importance of 3 point shooting in Golden State's championship run.  Harris is above average compared to the rest of the NBA on catch and shoot 3's, open 3's, and 3's with the shot clock running down.

Finally Harris has the most efficient POST game in the NBA at 1.04 PPP.  A stat that I found mind-blowing.  He will be able to body up and take advantage of smaller defenders in the post and in close.

I see a lot to like with Tobias Harris, and with the fact that NBA teams don't even lose draft picks for poaching RFAs, I feel he would be a great acquisition for DA and the Celtics.

Why a sign-and-trade for an RFA like Harris is not allowed by NBA rules:
Also, once a restricted free agent signs an offer sheet with another team (which is different than agreeing to it during the player movement moratorium), he is no longer eligible for a sign-and-trade. This wrinkle is in place to protect the entire concept of restricted free agency; if you can outbid for the player, you get him. If Eric Bledsoe signs an offer sheet with a team other than the Phoenix Suns, he is no longer eligible for a sign-and-trade.
