Depends on what the asking price is. There's no way we're actually going to use all these draft picks. Let's start making moves. KO and Sully are taking us nowhere. We need to take some chances to get back to contention. Two 7'0" rim protectors falling to us int he back of the lottery? Danny would be nuts not to be jumping on that..

Draft is deep with guards and wings. We need a SF but Winslow is prob not attainable. So we'd move up to 10 to draft WCS or Turner but wouldn't move up to 10 AND 11 to get WCS AND Turner?

3 of the Celtics starters on the championship team were drafted at or after 10, Pierce (10), Rondo (21) and Perk (27). Players like Kobe Bryant, Ginobili, Green, Millsap, Klay Thompson, Tony Parker, Al Jefferson, and Monta Ellis were all taken outside of the top 10 and in some cases the second round. Players like Kwame Brown and Darko Milicic were also taken near the tops of their drafts. Being projected, much less picked, in the top 10 is far from a guarantee of a bright future, just as falling outside the top 10 doesn't mean they are a surefire bust.

I don't want this guy unless he insures us Aldrige or Love. I could imagine WCS complimenting those players well. But lets be realistic here, Idk if the odds of getting someone from FA is good. So, I'd rather trade up for Porzingis. Celtics desperately need a star.

I think you are missing the point. The previous poster was already excited about these guys. The reality is that they most likely won't be anything special.

It is draft hype. People inflate the value of these guys due to them not having shown their NBA limitations yet.
