Hi guys. I was curious and I thought you would be too, so I googled until I got tired and counted up the picks from every 1st round mock draft I came across dated May or later. There are fifty-two altogether.

Some fun observations
1. Poor RJ Hunter. No one has any clue where he's going. Along with Hollis-Jefferson, he has the dubious honor of being tabbed for the Celtics more than once at both positions in the draft.
2. Turner and Booker are generally the highest rated prospects that make it to us. Stanley Johnson and WCS, who I know are entertained as pie-in-the-sky opportunities sometimes in the forum, were never considered by anyone I found.
3. With Upshaw's reputation seemingly in flux over the last month, I think this is telling us McCullough is the favorite for the later pick. I was surprised to see McCullough coming up so much, not as a matter of judgement but only because he hadn't been on my radar. I know some of you guys really like him, so this is promising.
4. Frank Kaminsky usually slotted above us, but also sometimes below in the mocks. No one seems to think we'd consider another 7-foot outside-shooting upperclassman.
5. Consensus is pretty weak but that's not at all unusual. At this point in the off-season, when I've done this in the past for our mid-round picks- the crowd consensus has pegged our pick about half of the time (recents hits were Jujuan Johnson, Fab Melo, and Avery Bradley. Misses were Nicholson, Nogueira, and last year I can't remember but I THINK it was Warren)
