He has to help his buddy Wade, I'm guessing if it means anything to Miami's chances he'll play Sunday if they are out of it he won't.

Of course he is. ::)

You don't have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body.

I kind of figured he'd play tonight at home instead of at Boston on Sunday. Didn't expect him to miss both games, so of course he picked to play at home vs at Boston. Hopefully Detroit and Washington can do us a favor tonight and beat the Pacers and Nets.

c's might be their opponent in the first round . Lebron wants to kill the c's confidence in case they do meet. A win tonight would be huge for the c's.

Good!  Glad he'll be playing.

First off, the fans who pay for the tickets don't want to see him sitting on a bench drinking Gatorade.

Second, if the Celtics DESERVE to be in the playoffs, then beating the king in his hometown is one of the steps that must occur.

Third, it's a no lose situation.  If we win, the joy of beating a James led Cavs team is almost as sweet as beating Kolbe and the Lakers.  If we lose, nobody holds it against us because we're considered a lesser team.  It also gives us even more fire to get revenge on Sunday in the Garden.

Who would have thought we'd be in this position at the end of the year?  Fun times! :)

The Pacers , Heat , Nets ...all praying for LeBron to play ......too funny .....and sad.

All his buds on the phone to Bron ......" You play n right bro?"  Calls from Wade , George etc.... ::)

It would be justified if the Celtics could pull of a win even with LeBron on the court.   Serve all the bums right  ;D

The tuff thing about LeBron is he brings extra player with him .....his officials  ::).....they are in his back pocket .

The officials are TOLD to help LEBron when ever they can ......LeBron gets the call anytime he is in trouble .

So ...it s FiVE on Eight on the court when your play n LEBron.

Making a win virtually impossible.......NBA doesn't want to have LeBron losing.

Great, I prefer that. C's have nothing to lose and will be playing hard without any pressure tonight.
On the contrary, I don't see the Cavs playing at 100%, because they have nothing to prove other than super EGO lebron's whatever thinking.
Let's show some pride (not repeating the sad last performance there) and win tonight or at least give them a scare, that will give them a lesson of humility.

C'mon guys, they aren't invisible.  We've been here before.  Our guys just have to dig deep to find their inner strength.  Anybody is beatable.  Why are we talking like losers

Good.  If the Celtics need the best players on the other teams to sit out in order to make it into the postseason, they don't belong there anyway.

The last time Cleveland stomped us we didn't have Isaiah right? I don't remember, if we did he was just coming back from his injury

No, Thomas was healthy.

We didn't have Olynyk or Sullinger though.

If we're going to get a lower draft choice by making the playoffs, we better earn our way in.  I hope LBJ plays both games.
