The C's shot 36% tonight and still could have beat GS.  :o That's improvement if you ask me.  ;D

Good game, just run out of energy in the end.
Still proud of the team. Warriors are very good and have lots of weapons.

This must have been one of the most frustrating games for me to watch this season, since when they went up by 26 I was CONVINCED they were going to lose. And watching 60% of a full basketball game wondering in what manner they will do it is no fun at all.

For the record, I wouldn't have guessed that Brad "no-adjustments" Stevens would watch Jae Crowder trying to emulate Michael Jordan, and do nothing. Bradley would get a honorable mention here, but he's Bradley so his "contribution" was not exactly unexpected.

Yeah, sometimes Crowder forgets what his game is. He's young and wants to grow on the offensive end.
He's 25 and should realize he is what he is. And what he is doesn't command 17 shots a night.

Not sure that looking at the 2 rosters that you would ever think the C's would have a chance against GSW.  C's were red hot and intense 1st quarter and part of the 2nd.  You knew (as we all did) that it wouldn't last, because that type of red-hot almost never lasts -- especially when playing a much more talented opponent.

Look at it your way if you want, but the fact that the C's are competetive in every game is pretty amazing to me.

Apparently the only people who didn't realize that red hot doesn't last were Brad S and the Celtics players, because their idea of how to win the game involved repeated heat checks.

bla bla bla. Is it nice that the cs are competitive and just sized the nbas best team up? yeah. Are we fighting and putting in effort? yeah. Are we expected to lose? yeah. Still, 26 up. Win the game

If we had someone that could score, when IT was on the bench, we would have had a better chance of winning.

Was it a hot streak? of course it was, i wouldnt expect the celtics to ever play like that for starters, but anyway. Make good use of it. Sustain it. Just try to grab the chance you have to win the game. Dont blow it up. And I disagree. I think the players knew it they would blow it. Thats exactly why they did

"Sized", really? One adjustment on defense (moving an extra guy on the box to stop IT's penetration), and we go from up 26 to losing the game (thanks, Brad S). If there were a 5th quarter, we may have _lost_ by 26.

I think we had one timeout left. Why did CBS not call a timeout?

We have no business beating Golden State. The fact that we were up so much doesn't mean we choked. The Warriors are the best shooting team in the league, when we went up by 26 did no one say to themselves, "Hey, you know they're gonna make a run, they're the best team in the league.

Sure, it's disappointing. The C's flaws were glaring in the 4th quarter . All the jacked up shots with 15 seconds left in the shot clock drove me nuts. But considering our 2nd and 3rd options on offense are AB and Jae Crowder, the fact that we played these guys so close is a sign of progress, and there's been a lot of those lately.

We don't have anyone like Curry, or anyone like Thompson for that matter.  I'm still encouraged.

I disagree. The celtics may have not played much better, and I thought they were really lucky in the first quarter cause they were giving up open shots. But GSW didnt play that much better either. And they had some doubtful calls going their way
