It's Thornton and the 2016 Cleveland first round pick.

Nice.

As long as LeBron doesn't bolt, we're not going to miss that pick.  Good trade!

Love Isaiah Thomas, but wouldn't have given up a #1 pick for him. Would've given Philly's 2 high 2nd's, but I think a #1 (albeit a likely 20s pick) is a bit too much.

I would expect Thomas is the sixth man/instant offense off the bench, not a replacement for Smart.

I guess it's back to the bench for Smart.  :(

Smart to the 2, IT starts at point.  AB, who I like a lot, comes off the bench.

This is got to be the most active trade season in years. Wow.
And BTW, as soon as i hear rumor that Celtics probably not going to make any moves, you know something is coming  ;) In Danny we trust.

Agreed but I'm actually starting to think IT could be a Celtic, starting to think PHX  holds Dragic and trades him and it's pretty well documented how much the C's value him... could probably get him for pennies

Said it this morning in Triboy's thread, wish I had bet TPs. Wrong on Dragic but who could have seen Knight MCW going down

The chances of Thomas being better than anyone selected that late in the draft are definitely in the C's favor. His talent on that contract makes it worth it.

Hahaha, wow, had to go to a meeting and this drops.  This is probably a best case in terms of talent/cost ratio.  Longish contract but a very fair one and we gave up very little.  Love it!
