  • You ain't the boss of the freakin' bedclothes.
Reggie Jackson just took a big ol doo-doo all over OKC's leverage.

EDIT: But if they can get it done, Reggie Jackson and Kendrick Perkins for Stauskas and Jason Thompson might be worth doing.

Now would people want Reggie Jackson paired with Smart more than they would want Dragic? I'd rather Dragic. More of a play maker but doesn't have youth on his side like Jackson does. But yes he def. just killed any leverage that OKC had.

The trade deadline of point guards! Honestly, I'd be happy with either of them (Jackson or Dragic) if the price is right. Actually, something like Perk and Jackson for Thornton and Crowder would be good for both sides.

I'd much rather have Dragic or Lawson than Jackson.  I don't see the fascination with him.

jackson all day. I like Dragic but he's already 28 and will be declining in about 3 years. Jackson is a scorer and has a much higher ceiling than Dragic, it's all about trade value and upside with me. Jackson will be 25 by the start of next season. We should totally get him, he also will play well next to smart.

OKC is really messing up with these complementary players, Durant might leave if things keep going this way.

If we go far a PG to throw a max deal at them what happens with Smart? I bet it means we try and package him to get Cousins

Smart returns to his natural position of 2-guard and has a very successful career.

I get annoyed when stars outwardly demand trades

I get really annoyed when role players demand trades

Players should play, and leave the deals to the GMs
I trust Danny Ainge

Much higher ceiling? You must have high hopes for Jackson to continue improving.

As a primary PG last year, Dragic averaged 23-7-4 per 40, with 60% TS
Jackson gives you about 18-6-6 with 52% TS

I'm not sure Jackson's ceiling is as high as what Dragic has already achieved.

As a BC alum I want Reggie in Boston. I think his ability to get to the hoop would really help this team long term.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

This just in:

Cman has requested a trade from his current low paying job to a job that pays him $1M a year, plus bonuses.

Just spitballing, here, but how about Cman and two (protected) firsts for Evantime34?
