Played it a few times always got 9th pick, twice had us taking Oubre once it had WCS sliding.

Was surprised to see them low on S Johnson next had him in the top 10.

Here's a thought.  The Atlanta Hawks have the right to swap with the Nets again this year.  Imagine them winning it all and winning the lottery and having the top pick in the draft.  As Penny would say on Big Bang Theory, Holy Crap on a Cracker!

This team is a joke. We can't even tank correctly. 1% chance to get #1...

So far I've ran it about 25-30 times. Got Mudiay at 3 once and got Okafor at 1 once, other than that it is mostly WCS or Oubre at 9 of 10.

Personally I'd be happy with WCS or Oubre, although for some reason they have Stanley Johnson as the 11th rated played who we pass on.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Reading Chad Fords weekly chat he shed some light on S Johnson's ranking.

"JRC. Houston [via mobile]

Can the Lakers possibly be in line for Stanley Johnson

I think that might be a little high for Johnson, but it just depends on which scouts and GMs you ask. Johnson clearly has a NBA body, is ultra competitive and is having a very good freshman season for Arizona. But not everyone thinks he's a dominant NBA player at the next level. There's a real scrum between him, Kelly Oubre, Mario Hezonja and Justise Winslow. Most of the scouts I talk to think Johnson will be a good, but not a great pro. But there are few that see him in the Top 5. Will be interesting to see those four go at it in workouts in June."

Out of Oubre, Hezonja and Winslow I would think Johnson goes first but they all have different strengths so every team will likely have a differnt view.

Honestly, I will be dissapointed if the Celtics finish with the ninth or tenth pick. Thats means that they kept all their vets and all the young guys barely improved by the end of the season. Either hit that eight spot or drop to sixth. I don't think after player decisions are made that Oubre, Mario, or Johnson will be their at the tenth pick, most draft sites have Johnson 3-5.

Grant and Booker are not lottery picks, I've watched a lot of Kentucky, Booker has a nice jumper, but is no where near a lottery pick.

The Cs could be at the 8th or 9th seed even if they do trade Bass, Prince and Thorton. Its less to do with the strength of the Cs and more to do with the number of teams not interested in winning.
