People say Rondo gets a lot of unwarranted hate on here, but it's becoming increasingly clear that AB is this forum's scapegoat after every embarrassing loss.

Here's a thread that will act as somewhat of a safe haven from all of the ridiculously exaggerated negativity, rarely backed up by statistics or logic, surrounding Bradley.

I'm a fan.

Didn't need a thread lol but w/e. Hopefully, it has a lot of positivity (FAN thread) with justifiable critiques because it would be bland when there is too much positivity.

As a fan I see the good with the bad. AB is a good player with faults like everyone. I hope he grows more into the player he is getting a chance to be.

Now, if he isn't a Celtic, I would still argue his quality as a player but wouldn't care as much... same with KG and PP. So I guess, it's a large portion of my fanhood tied into him being a Celtic. Does that count? Lol
It takes me 3hrs to get to Miami and 1hr to get to Orlando... but I *SPIT* on their NBA teams! "Bless God and bless the (Celts)"-Lady GaGa (she said gays but she really meant Celts)

Considering there's about 2-3 live threads that are scrutinizing everything from his shot selection to the way he eats his morning toast, I would say it does deserve a thread.

Of course it counts! We should be rooting for our Celtics.

While I get the idea for wanting to do a "support this player" thread, you only really succeed in creating a magnet for those who do not have as high of an opinion on said player.

Then let them in. Considering there's an outbreak of threads on saying how "awful" he is, let them argue their points without the emotion involved.

I'm a fan,  especially now that he has improved so much in the last 2 seasons.  This year he is a much better finisher compared to his past years.

The idea is to create meaningful and intelligent conversation that isn't already infused with the preconceived notion that the player being discussed stinks. If they would like to come and voice their opinion that's perfectly OK, but at least it will be in a thread that hasn't yet concluded that Bradley is terrible.

So far, I remain convinced that he's best as a first guard off the bench, particularly in a system that isn't heavily dependent on having the guards dominate the ball in the half court.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

Except the other thread did have meaningful and intelligent conversation.  You might not agree with all  the statements and there are always major outliers on both sides, but the majority are well thought out ideas.

I've noticed this as well. He's slumped a little beyond the arc the past few games, but all indications are that he's at least a 30% high-volume (meaning at least 3-4 threes per game) shooter from three. My guess is that he's a 35% high-volume three-point shooter. If he can consistently pair that as well as his accurate mid-range jumper with improved finishing skills he'll be a terrific off-ball scorer. 15-20 ppg for the next 5-7 years.

Not from what I saw, though I stopped reading after the first three pages or so.

I have no problem with critiquing Bradley, I'd just rather read such critiques under an OP title that doesn't remind us that he's garbage with every response.

I am a fan, I am impressed with how he has improved his shooting and scoring. I loved when he came into the league as a guy who would just shut his man down full court.

Right now I think he isn't being used correctly. In the half court he is getting screened on the ball often and the big men are not slowing penetration enough for him to switch back. It's early, I expect him to play better than he has defensively early on.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

I thought he always finished well. His entire offense early on was at the rim on cuts, assited by Rondo.

I don't know if this can be backed up by stats, but it seems as if he's improved his finishing ability on contested looks. Naked eye suggests he's developed a crafty finger roll that allows him to avoid shot blockers. Before it seemed as if most of his layups came off of open looks that resulted from a backdoor cut or something. Being able to finish through contact or around a shot blocker should help his shot creation ability.
