I don't think it's worth mentioning KO as the better passer, Sully is a very good passer himself and any apparent "advantage" KO has on that regard is quite marginal.
Sully is by far the better defender and rebounder. He's better in the low post, he's better in the mid-range. KO seems to have the better touch from the outside, but I wouldn't sleep on Sully and his 3-point shooting.
KO is better running the floor and does have better handles. The only significant advantage he might have on Sully is if he starts shooting lights out and Sully regresses on that regard, but until then Sully has way more to offer. Also a better playmaker due to his handles.
All that said, Sully to me is better at generating his own offense when needed, despite KO's handles.
