Quote from: Donoghus on October 06, 2014, 11:34:56 AMI think a healthy Chicago squad can take down the Cavs in the east this year. If they're not healthy, it's Cleveland's to lose. I think Year 2 is when the Cavs really start putting it together.I think you just hate Lebron James. There is no way I pick Chicago over Cavs. Gasol is a good player, but nowhere near prime Gasol at Lakers 2009-10. It was evident last year and the FIBA tournament. He can't even will Spain to the semifinals at home. Lebron can shut down Rose if needed and they heve Marion for the job too. He held in check Tony Parker too last year in the first round. Cavs are stacked.

i think the east is wide open this year and i also think the cavs are very beatable - including by the celtics. i think if rondo returns to form, by the end of the year, bradley, rondo and smart will give cleveland's backcourt fits.i also think;sully and olynyk may 'really' break through this year - zeller will have a much bigger impact than people think -green and crash, along with turner will provide good production at the threestevens will have this team overachieving -celts / cavs in the ECF - outcome a toss up.

I'm sure many would vouch for me on that also. Might want to do some research before tossing out an ignorant comment like that.

I bet you would've thought some mediocre team like Dallas could've taken out the Heat in Year 1.
