This is a great move for the Celtics!!! Danny Ainge strikes again! When we least expect it lol. Now we could go for Bazemore or Jordan Hill and we are a playoff team.

Final tally on the KG/Pierce trades:  four #1s, an option to swap #1s, and Tyler Zeller

As much as I hated TankFest 2014, that's a pretty good haul.

Pretty good trade for the Celts.

Marcus Thornton is a decent player as well.

We're not done yet, you have to see what the non-guarantee of Bogans helps us land.

Plus you forgot WALLACE :) And whatever Marshon Brooks brought us which I forget.

Oh and Marcus Thornton.

Thornton better not be getting minutes though, he's a worse chucker than Jordan Crawford and I really don't want him taking minutes away from our young, building block pieces.

I don't think Jarrett Jack is a good acquisition for Brooklyn.

Nets desperately need some quickness and athleticism. Not another slowish guard.
Another good side of this for Boston then lol.

This would be pretty awesome if it goes down.

This is an A+ trade.

DA was able to take advantage of a desperate situation with the Cavs to land 2 solid assets.

Logjam at guard, the other shoe is about to fall.

I think this clear space to sign James for the Cavs.

Oh, no question. It is probably contingent on James signing with the Cavs.

Is this just for TPE? If so, we just raped this trade. Nice haul, DA!

I think so too...I think Tyler Zeller is a good serviceable big man off the bench

I also don't mind shipping some players out to save a bit more money too, but not likely

Miami could be awful without James and Bosh, their pick would have bee better.  But we got Zeller so getting a late first is good enough.

More assets for us and less assets for Cleveland in the chase for Kevin Love.  They still have Waiters, Bennett, Varajeo, and Heat pick to trade for Love though.

I think Boston has more guards than Guantanamo Bay now.
