Not too surprised after that finals beat down.

According to my man @Chris_Broussard, LeBron James' agent Rich Paul has informed Heat that LeBron will exercise early termination option

You are a respectable poster around here but I'd still need a source.

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my
blood would’ve been green.  -  Bill "Greatest of All Time" Russell

LeBron James will opt-out of deal, source confirms. He's determined to impose pressure on Miami to improve roster and spend, sources say.

Poor lebron, he cant win with 3 all-stars. he needs another one.. ::)

I wonder if Lebron goes to another team how this will look on his legacy 2/5 in the finals, 3 separate teams. This guy is not a competitor

Y'know what? Good. I'd rather see James force them to improve than bolt again. And he's absolutely right; outside of the big 3 Miami is garbage.

LeBron should consider going to Houston because a Harden, LeBron & Dwight trio would be incredible - clearly the best offer in my opinion.

However, I think LeBron stays in Miami. They have a great infrastructure there. Good talent around him. Won titles and made 4 Finals appearances in as many years since he joined them. That is an awful lot to walk away from. I doubt he is ready to do that just yet. I think this FA moment may have come a year or two too early for LeBron to leave Miami.

OK, this makes things even more interesting. TP to the poster who can come up with a realistic scenario where Danny can make room and make the Celtics an attractive destination.

Rondo, Green, KO, Sully ... tons of draft picks (and old friend Joel Anthony). Plenty of upside in Boston if he where to come here. No chance but he should consider it!

Good talent around him?  Lol wut?  That team is worse than his Cleveland squads.  His body language after the second quarter of that final game gave us all the information we need - Lebron feels very let down by the poor performance of his teammates.  Specifically Wade and Bosh.  Lebron had to play crazy minutes the entire season, JUST so Wade could be fully rested come playoff time.  Wade basically played half a season, and almost no back-to-backs.  And yet he STILL kept getting blown past on defense and bricking shot after shot.  If I was Lebron, I'd be pretty disgusted too.

And they've got $40 million locked up in Wade and Bosh next year!!  How does that even remotely resemble "great infrastructure?"

Wow!  I really didn't think he would do it.  Is he doing it so that Miami can spend on other players or to jump ship yet again?  Things just got very interesting.
