Washington I hope offers Beal and makes this all go away.  If this was any other draft I would give up the 6th for a offensive weapon like love. But this draft is too strong and important to mess around with

Like some have said, KO is on his way to become like a love in terms of production anyways. Likely not as good bc he wont be able to chuck as many shots but stat per wise similar. Also on his way to be a better defender

We need to give the current lineup plus draft picks a year at least. If not satisfied by the trade deadline make adj instead

You know what happens if you give the current lineup a year? The value of our assets plummets when people start realizing they are not as good as we pretend they are (Sullinger, Olynyk, and our #6 pick) just like Bradley has done this past year. Then Rondo walks and we are stuck in mediocrity.

Meanwhile the Lakers grab Love and rebuild on the fly and pass us in number of banners.

Do you want love to prevent the lakers from getting him next season?

I can care less what they do. And btw y r u down on sully, ko and the 6? Was kelly not only a rookie in only medocre  shape? Did sully have a proper offseason to change his body?? What if one of smart, randle or gordon compete for thr ROY of the yr award?

I like our lineup and feel good about the players we will get from this draft.  The lineup needs a chance, at least a yr imo

It's bound to happen.

I remember a couple years ago there was a large group of people who thought the Celtics were getting ripped off in a potential Avery Bradley for Demarcus Cousins deal.

People wear green goggles and overrate their own players. I've done it, we all do it.

This draft is in no way, shape or form strong enough that the 6th pick is too valuable to trade for a player at Love's level in his mid 20s.

I honestly think Love will resign if he's traded here. I'll agree to trade for him if we keep the #6. Seems like he really want to be here. He's not an elite defender but could step up with Doc Stevens. However he'll be a weapon of mass offensively. So trade for him for the price.

If we already have Melo/Asik/3 specialist than i am fine for trading for Love

That's like saying you don't want to have sex with Charlize Theron unless it's in a threesome with Kate Upton.

Well I hope the Wolves think this also. Either Danny is not interested to give up both the 6 and sully or KO or another team will present better offers. The wolves can care less if Love plans to resign where he is traded to. As long as they get overpaid. Who knows maybe they will screw him for a year and trade him to the bucks or something

Haha TP.

Yeah, that's a pretty ridiculous statement.

Obviously the wolves can care less whether Love re-signs with the team that trades for him. Why would they. You have to look at it from the other direction. If you're the bucks and you know full well that Love won't re-sign with your team how much are you going to give up to get him?

If the Wolves GM and owner will not end up trading Love by draft night or this offseason, can Love sit out for the start of next season until traded?

If he sits out when kind of fine/suspension is he looking at? Or would he just forfeit his pay

defense, defense, horrible defense.  If you think KO is a bad defender, think again. Get ready to cringe

Look, dude can simply play...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q3n8ks-l-r8

Anytime you get a high five from SPIKE LEE "IN" NY then you must be about something.

Regardless of his warts (Which will be buffed up in BOS) - Kevin Love can ball.

Every time I see those outlet passes I bet Jeff Green is smiling..

Yes, showing "top 10" highlights makes anybody look good.

Check out Youtube highlights of Josh Smith and you would think he's challenging Lebron James for the MVP award on a yearly basis.

Pity "top 10" highlights only show the shots you make...they don't show the shots you miss, the shots you give up, and the complaining you do in the media.  Nor do they show your team's combined win record over the 6 seasons you have played there.

So what other "Alternative" do u see for our Boston Celtics? What other "Top 10" player is out there that wants out of their situation? What other "Top 10" player has visited BOS the last few days to show some GENUINE interest?

For all of my Mello love, he hasn't visited BOS and perhaps never will.....

Since I'm not too sure of your thoughts, I'll try to summarize and estimate what "your" plan of action sans KLove would be:

Grow KO? Expect him to be like KLove in a few years? Could happen..I really like KO. But does Rajon Rondo have a few years to wait for him (or Sully) to mature to be All-Stars? By my guestimation, Kelly Olynyk is maybe 2-3 years and Sully is perhaps 2 years from reaching their potential.

Does Rajon have THAT long? Rajon will be 31 years old in 3 years...for all of Rajon's warts, he "is" our Paul Pierce" this time around.

Let's just get Rajon the players he needs to compete NOW...while they're YOUNG (KLove is 25, Asik is almost 28)....we didn't get opportunity to do that with KG...KG gave us ALL he had, but by the time he got to us he was on the downward slope....Ray was even older, at 31....

Let's not be too fixated on what Kevin Garnett did for us...KG is a once-in-a-lifetime player...there will NEVER be another KG.

But if we have the opportunity to get a player of KLove's quality (Top 10, easily..perhaps top 5 player...and YOUNG)...then I'd certainly hope that Danny, Wyc and Co will blow the socks off of any trade to get him...give Minny the kitchen sink if they have to....and the cats and dogs.

Don't trade the wife, though ;D

Get KLove in BOS.....that is the FIRST shoe that needs to drop...all others will drop after that.

Go to work BIG FELLA...whose afraid of the Big Bad Wolf? lol...
