Tim Duncan is still the best offensive player on the Spurs, even if it doesn't necessarily show up in the box score so often any more.  Just watch him for a handful of possessions.  He does so many little things that help generate open looks for his teammates.  Fascinating to watch.

It's an incredible sight. Such a great example to young bigs in the league who do not understand the value in passing, screening and jump-shooting at that center position.

Team offense > one-on-one offense @ C position

I wish more teams would learn from the Spurs and develop offenses that uses their center as a passer. One of my least favourite things about how the NBA is changing. The decline in passing at that center position.

I'd love to see the Spurs make it back to the Finals and set things right by beating Miami like they should have last season if not for that late collapse. It would be great to see Duncan get another ring and I love the way San Antonio plays. Such great balance offensively.

They did beat Miami...if it didn't came down to that Ray Allen 3-pointer in Game 6.

If we're using that logic we won in 2010.

I think it's a generational thing. Guys like Webber + Duncan weren't raised with Shaq as the dominant center growing up, after all.

But they were up with like less than 15 seconds left! We were down for like 2 minutes if I recall. Actually, I don't want to recall what happened in 2010 lol. My eyes burned watching Fisher and World Peace igniting flames.

Portland had no answer for the on either end. Lillard has been a complete non-factor offensively, meanwhile whomever he guards is going bananas.

I think the struggling Pacers have a better chance at the upset than a young Wizards team led by Randy Wittman though. As much as the Wizards are on a roll.
