Wow, it could really happen. I thought the Magic had locked up the 3rd worst record. Turns out, it's still a race! Lol. I don't know the schedules but I think the Magic have more incentive to win than us. They have chemistry to build. On the other hand, our team is likely to look very different next year.

I think the Bobcats beat us. They are a playoff team after all.

We will beat Bobcats

No way we loose at home to them

I'm  calling it now

Next game Friday .....we stomp Bobcats

Who are you counting on to stop Al Jefferson?

Let him score his points as long as it will result in a loss.

Which it won't because, don't look now, but this Bobcats team is significantly better than last year's, expecially on defense-- top 5 in opponent PPG, top 6 in defensive rating.

Still though have a feeling it's going to be a win.  ;)

They need to almost win out to hit my prediction of 26. I'm just saying -- the Bobcats play pretty good defense.

All this tanking talk and cheering for losses really makes me ill. If its going to be another full season next year of all you guys going to every thread just cheering for this team to suck because you have some misguided notion that this is going to lead to some 19 year old kid eventually being this team's savior, I think I'll have to retire from this blog.

Its just zero fun reading this crap.

I think we actually have the better team.  Not going into why .

These ,,,so called playoff eastern teams suck bad., I never feel we are out of contention to win .

If we were in the west ......we would be tied with the bucks for losses.

The east is still turrible ....

I do think to get a good pick we need to lose at least. ...one more game of the four .

Not counting on Magic for more help or Jazz .

Exum <3 LA because...Kobe so he'll probably force his way there unless LA pick #1 or #2.

Wiggins/Embiid/Parker/Gordon in that order are who I hope we draft

Teams let Kobe fall to 13th because he wanted to go to the Lakers. I think they've learned and will not fall for it this time. They will dare Exum not to show up in training camp.

Not to mention, they're peaking at just the right time - currently on a five-game winning streak.

Man I'd say we should shut down Rondo over the next 4, but the way Ainge is forcing Stevens to showcase Rajon for a potential draft day trade seems to be contributing as much to our losses as anything.

Come on, baby.  4 more games.  We can do this!

Pride and a chance finish season with a couple nice wins. They have a good chance of getting nice pick anyway.

Just watch the bruins in the playoffs this year instead...thats what I've done. Then you get fans actually cheering for the team to win...

Why? Is cheering for wins with a marginal roster, getting the 8th seed, getting possibly swept in the 1st rd, hoping your mid-teens draft choice, a 21 or 22 year old junior/senior is the savior, will get us to the 2nd rd the following year more fun? That's a sure fire recipe to remain virtually irrelevant for a decade.

We sucked the year before Cowens (36-46). We sucked the year  before Bird (29-53). We sucked the year before KG (24-58), which allowed us to trade for Allen. Surely you were happy with what happened immediately after, right? So I'd prefer to stay consistent and have history repeat itself.

I think he's tired of people cheering for losses and then berating the team for winning games. Just because they make the playoffs with a bad roster doesn't mean they'll be guaranteed to be irrelevant for a decade.

Rondo s play at times seems to fuel the tank.  Tank heavens .  What ever it's working  ;)

At any rate 4 losses help at this point ....4 wins mean zip .
