If the pick falls out of top 3, then its a no-brainer...
Love> Sully. Yes Sully may be better in the future, but people still forget Love is a stronger, slightly quicker, and taller/leaner player than Sullinger is.
Where Sullinger seems gassed after thirty minutes of playing, Love doesn't and even seems more motivated to try to put the team on his back.
I think you guys really underestimate how Love plays... Everyone seems to think he completely sucks, but that isn't true. His team help defense is very underrated. Its just his individual one on one defense that just blows. Now if you can get a defensive anchor like Gasol or Asik, then I would say its worth it.
Plus defensive rebounding is still considered defense... Love boxes out extremely well. Where Sullinger seems to excel in rebounding too, it isn't due to the boxing out ability that Love can complete.. Sullinger seems like a more smarter player, but Love seems like a mix of both.
Love is quicker, stronger, can shoot the 3 ball better, and has shown to have flashes of a MVP candidate..
Love is a superstar in my book. In this league you need two or three superstars. We just need one more piece, and a few good role or above average players to help fit in our system, and Banner 18/19/20 here we go!

This is my trade proposal, but THIS CAN only work if Love himself has stated that he wants out. Obviously if he requests LA, I'm going to see Kahn scoff at that. They literally have nothing to offer Minny, and nothing valuable.
Sullinger+Green+Vitor Faverani+Keith Bogans and whoever to fit the salary in trade, our 14 first round pick, and the 2015 Philly pick that is essentially possibly next years draft pick, or two second rounders. A second rounder from the Heat, and Nets draft pick 2015 next year.
Green is a definite improvement of Brewer, who can't score as well, but can only defend. Green is a way better upgrade, and can or can not be the 3rd or 4th best player. Sullinger is already proving his potential, and he's 21 on a two year friendly contract. They get our draft pick this year, and use that as a good building block for whatever position they need.

Can anyone imagine the pick and roll that Love/Rondo would have? Most bigs can't guard Love or shut him down, cause of his ability to shoot threes. Some bigs have to come out of their comfort zone, only for Love to dribble past them, or shoot the three the moment they try to contest it.
Love is taking more threes, but isn't as converting them as well. I'm a firm believe Rubio isn't better than Rondo when it comes to passing.
I think Rondo is the best passer the Celtics have seen in a long time. When he passes the ball, there is a slight knack and tendency that Rondo does to the ball, to make sure the player that catches it has a firm grip on it and is ready to take the shot.
Rubio seems more flashier, but doesn't seem as effective.
