Joel Anthony has a player option in 2015. Does Anthony opt out freeing 3.8 mil or is he a get paid regardless player? I personally think that 76's will not make playoff either year so we will get a high 2nd round pick. Like someone said expiring contract for next season....or

Danny plans on trading some bigs and using Anthony in the 3rd C role with plans of trading next year at trade deadline.

I'd like to see what BIG DA plans on bringing in. We now have BB, Hump, Sully, KO, Anthony and Vitor. Who is going to go and when? I do hope its before the deadline.

Bass is definitely gone as soon as Ainge finds a good deal. I can see Hump being allowed to expire since his salary makes it hard to find teams that can take him on without getting rid of essential players. Sullinger is probably considered the future (for now), while Faverani and Olynyk are probably viewed as either potential parts of the future or assets. Anthony will probably pick up his player option since I strongly believe this is the last NBA contract he'll ever have, which will make him a convenient trade asset next season.
