The Hawks are gonna get a good pick this year.

Provided this is true.

I imagine his source is Donny Marshall. Doesn't he do the Nets broadcasts?

Obviously Morey put out the rumor in a last-ditched attempt to drive up the market for Asik before his Friday deadline.

Nets believe false rumor about broken foot, make panic trade for Asik?  That's ridiculous.  The Nets would never do something stupid like that.  The Knicks would, though.

What would BK even offer Morey? Lol

Interested to see what happens to KG and Pierce. I would imagine the nets will actively shop those two.

I was thinking someone would hear Lopez broke his foot and decides to get Asik before Brooklyn ups the bids.

BROOK LOPEZ HAS BROKEN FOOT

For the fourth time in three years, Brook Lopez has suffered a broken foot, a league source confirms to NetsDaily. That likely means he is done for the season.

The news was first reported by Gary Tanguay of Comcast Sports New England.

Shortly after Tanguay's tweet, a league source confirmed the news, without details, to NetsDaily. The Nets have yet to confirm the news.

I can't imagine either of them has any positive value right now, especially KG with that extra year on his contract.

Worrying about his long term health.
