In a vacuum, I'd much rather watch the Celtics make the playoffs.

I think most people would prefer to watch their team win.

Celtics don't tank ... ever.

It's not in the green blood, and never has been.

Roulette.

Tanking is losing on purpose to get a better draft pick.

So what's the point of your quoting me with a pic of Timmy?

(Sorry, don't get the inference).

Never want to own it, admit to it , or even pretend to tank if you are the Celtic front office.

But....that is that is going to happen , call it what you may,   horrible season or whatever......

Lottery pick .......this team is gonna get beat like a rented  mule .

I ready to face the losses ...let it happen.......I with stood it for many seasons before......

Lotto here we come.

not to tank.  always want my team playing hard and trying to win, regardless if the team is good or not.

In response to your post, specifically "Celtics never tank."

It should be, "Celtics never tank... more than once a decade."

If this team wins anything over 10 games they are making a huge mistake. I'm not worried. Stevens is going to be slightly better than Tim Floyd was with the Bulls. College coaches thankfully never work in the NBA...NEVER.

The most loaded class in history with the next LeBron (Wiggins) and the next Melo (Parker) and just amazing talent 1-7 you would be an absolute fool to NOT tank. Ainge should be fired if this team makes the playoffs.
