  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
this is perfect for the NBA.
A serious cross town rivalry.

These two loudmouths getting it on. JR is a poor man's Pierce at the best of times and them dissing each other is great for us fans!
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.
Quote
Smith, speaking without anger in his voice, added: "He just knows, just know that his words have consequences and he's going to have to pay for them."

Why is JR referring to himself in the third-person?
I like Marcus Smart

"Excellent"

Poke that dog JR, go ahead...he don't bite no more, he ain't got no teeth.

I can hear it now..."Pierce for 3...YES!"

This season is going to be fun! :D

JR Smith was misquoted, what he actually said was "Pierce is better", probably talking about in relation to any of the Knicks players.

This makes a lot more sense. I was quite confused before.

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
Brooklyn is going to be trolling the Knicks all season long they are clearly the better team.

Edit: Clearly the better team on paper.

JR Smith couldn't carry Paul Pierce's gym bag, lol..

Looking forward to PP, KG, Deron and Co lighting JR and NY up this season.

Feel bad Pierce and KG have to live in that decreped and miserable city. Brooklyn, in particular has the worst fans in the NBA, and I don't see those two motivating the identity-less hipsters to like sports, or know themselves. JR who? Autobots? Decepticons? Would love to see PP lay some "consequences" on his face.  He should get "the truth" tattooed backwards on his forehead as a reminder when he looks in the mirror of how pathetic he is, and how one trade made his team irrelevant in NY.

i aint mad at wat jr said. as of rite now the knicks are the atlantic division champs and will be until they're dethroned. pierce hasnt played an official game in a nets uni but he's claiming the nets will run new york, that'll jus give the knicks more fire. like how the celtics got fired up wen the knicks showed up in game 4 dressed up in all black. u would think pierce would hold his tongue considerin wat a strong paper team the celtics had at the start of the season, and wat actually happened throughout the season.

Don't know if you heard, but they don't play for the Celtics anymore.
At least a goldfish with a Lincoln Log on its back goin' across your floor to your sock drawer has a miraculous connotation to it.

dont know if u heard but new york is a pretty desirable city to play for. it has its ups and downs like any other city but id venture out to say more ppl would rather play in ny than in boston. u dont have to feel sorry for kg and pierce. and wens the last time brooklyn even had a team before u say that brooklyn fans r the worst fans in the nba? the brooklyn nets have only been a team for 1 year. durin that year they got fans from the new jersey net days, they got knick fans who originally live in brooklyn, and they got brand new fans who probably didnt have a favorite nba team prior.

im not a net fan cuz i been a celtic fan for a while now. ive seen more nets games and been to more nets games but i still put that green and white over anything.
