Kyrie could make a run at it as easily as Kobe, Melo, Dwight, or Westbrook. He needs a 50+ win team and 75 healthy games, but he's on the list. Espn has been pushing him as a dark horse.

Duh that's a 4-5 yr difference my man. I'm 26 and a lot different then I was at 22 or 21. Just like bball players are when they're 31 vs 35 or 36.

Also Rubio's FG% is terrible.

Considering the wealth of offense from 2-5 on that team, NY could care less about Rubio's scoring. His playmaking will be an incredibly valuable asset to that team though.

Yeah, that's how I see it.

Rubio's playmaking combined with Green's better defense makes New York better overall.

This was the logic in me making the deal. I dont need Rubio to score just facilitate the offense and get the ball to the open man, two things he is miles better than Felton at.

Also. I needed a player that has been proven to slow down the Lebrons, Durants, Georges etc. Green does that much more so than Gay. Green could score 12 points a game for me and it would still overall help me better than Gay would. Just because Gay can score 18 points a game doesnt mean he is a good fit for a team. Green and Rubio fit with the rest of my squad perfectly.

In all seriousness. What's up with the derozan hate? Guy was 17th in the NBA in scoring. He was .1 ppg less then Rudy gay and shoots a better fg %.

He averaged more points then Blake griffin, Paul George, cp3, Dwight Howard, joe Johnson and Chris bosh. He did that without playing next to an all star. He's now playing with rajon rondo and playing off Aldridge...

I don't get the hate on a kid who is only 24 and a 6'7" athletic scorer. Rondo will do wonders with him. I just don't get it... Is it bc he's not good at threes? Bc he can score every other way.

I mean he's a top 20 scorer playing with Rudy gay and Kyle Lowry as his best teammates.

Rondo isn't as good as Parker? What has melo done compared to rajon? Rondo has outperformed both Howard and melo in the playoffs. He's done it against James. He's a bad man!

Rondo does have buckets of talent, but he is inconsistent.
The whole playoff rondo thing irks me because he shows that he can dominate and yet he doesn't during the regular season. If he could put the effort in the regular season that he does in the playoffs I think he would be more commonly recognised.

During the 11-12 playoffs rondo killed it
17 points, 12 assists, nearly 7 rebounds and 2.4 steals a game
Those numbers are pretty insane for a 6'1" 170 pound ish point guard
