Yes we think this past season off really shaped him to have yet another dominating season and deep playoff push. Derrick Rose says "He is ready and cant wait to get started out in L.A."

Alright with the 11th pick and his return to the court the L.A. Clippers select Derrick Rose

Nice pick.

For my money, that's your most difficult player to evaluate so far. Did he deserve his MVP (no)... ok but you can't seriously win an MVP without being a top 10 player, right (well... it wouldn't be the first time)... but look at how much he's accomplished at a young age (but look around at all the other stud PGs his age!)... but when he's healthy he's one of the best slashers in the game (but is that all he is?)

What an incredible turn of events. Option B and C were both sniped just a few picks above, but our top choice conveniently fell right into our laps.

With the 12th overall pick of the 2013 Celticsblog Draft, the Los Angeles Lakers select Marc Gasol.

A steal. People will see this year that him waiting a year was a great choice.

I was debating him for #20, but I said no as he is not a guy I want leading my team.

I pegged him as a first rounder but I thought he would drop significantly because of the injuries.

He's a great pick, but good luck trying to defend him. Injuries here in this draft, from Torn ACL's to a blister can break your team.

Either way, I think he's a top 5 player, and a steal at this point.

How did this happen people? Lol

Reigning DPOY and arguably the best center in the NBA still in his prime?

So, just to clarify, you're saying that Derrick Rose isn't worthy of a top 20 pick?

How do you shut off the thing that prevents you from posting if somebody else did?

I got burned by that in the Pick2 draft and be [dang]ed if it happens again!

While yes he tore his ACL that was over 12 months ago. He is fully recovered and ready. Waiting a season and a half was the right choice. He'll be 100% and ready to go.

Someone is still free falling like a an apple being watched by Newton.

I don't think SuperMods will pass this opportunity, they see him.

Not to mention the best playmaking big man in the entire league.

No arguments here. I had injured players I tried to defend in the past drafts. You guys' concern should be the others, they are tough on injuries.
