While we're waiting for the always awesome Champkind, was I the only one who had DHoward outside the top 10?

I'll likely be proven way wrong next season, but that a Kobe-Dwight team barely made the playoffs says volumes to me about Dwight (sort of like the exact opposite of how i view Parker....)

In the playoffs last year parker was pretty amazing throughout. He played like a top five player and has been pretty special the last two seasons carrying the Spurs.

It helps being seen as a top 5 player in last season's playoffs when a lot of big names were absent from the competition.

No it helps leading your team to the Finals and practically winning if it wasnt for Ginobili's choke job.

FWIW --- Parker wasn't just seen as top-5 in the playoffs.

Mr. Parker finished #5 and #6 in the last 2 *regular season* MVP votes...

As far as talent goes, Dwight is definitely a top 10 player. However, the team definitely needs to be built specifically catered towards Dwight's game; otherwise, it'll go in flames like last year's Lakers. Definitely one of NBA's biggest divas today.

Had him top 10. Still the best center.

I have him number 4.

LA Lakers are a mess.  They brought in about the worst head coach and system for him.

I'm actually considering him #4.

If not for injuries (which is a big voodoo in this draft) I probably would have taken him.

this is true and if it was the only knock on his resume, I'd overlook it.

But his last 2 years in ORL were drama-filled trainwrecks that caused a fairly talented team to vastly underperform.

He's not the first superstar to do that (quit on his team) but to me taht says something about their ability to *lead*.

I'll give Champ a few more minutes or until I see Evantime come on before designating a pick

Yes. We all want Avery Bradley on our team. It goes without saying

The more autodrafts the less likely it is that your guy will fall.  The more people picking the more likely they will take somebody at a crazy spot.
CB Draft LA Lakers: Lamarcus Aldridge, Carmelo Anthony,Jrue Holiday, Wes Matthews  6.11, 7.16, 8.14, 8.15, 9.16, 11.5, 11.16
