If its true its a giant mistake for him.

He's basically betting that the Rockets win a ring before the Lakers do.  I will take that challenge.

Quote
Thanks FO.

You kept a [expletive] coach over a superstar. Good one. [expletive]ing hilarious.

Quote
Told you guys.

[expletive] him. Not even going to wish him luck.

It's extremely disturbing if MDA ends up staying. It really means we are content with a mediocre coach. It also implies that he was chosen over Howard. For what, to get some "usage" out of a terrible contract to begin with? Even if he adjusts to everything players want, that's out of his expertise and he is no more than a figurehead and placeholder. Fire him and start moving in the right direction again.

Quote

i thought i would do some damage to this bottle before he announced...

COME on... i hope its fake

Quote
Been saying this for months. For 2013/2014 it was the better situation. Hes too dumb to realize long term LA > HOU but he made this decision i bet based on just next year. DUMB

Quote
I'm anxiously awaiting a Christmas meeting with the Rockets. My shoe will connect with his head.

Don't get it. Dumbass decision.

Quote
Finally now the franchise can move on. It happens, he never wanted to be a Laker, the circumstances weren't right for and probably too much scrutiny.

Now the possibility of sign and trades because Houston definitely will go after Josh Smith, granted not really as favorable as GSW possibilities. But Asik is pretty good and came on his own last year, I probably wouldn't mind Lin but way to pricey for average even though Linsanity was best under Antoni which makes me think it is very possible.

Dwight does not make the Lakers, good riddance

Hope Dwight gets booed so [expletive]ing loud next time he plays at Staples.

[expletive] that punk ass son of a [expletive]. He is one little mother[expletive]er who needs people to decide where he goes and never take the game serious. He is a clown in a 6'11 body, who just [expletive]es about not getting touches and never wants to be the mam. He will always be "the [expletive]."

See you later you little mother[expletive]er. I will guarantee your sorry lame ass that KOBE VINO BRAYNT will win a ring before you do.

Cry ass [expletive]

I like the one about the Magic winning that trade. Who would have thought?

[expletive] Dwight.

Quote
ESPN is confirming it.

Silly choice.  He's saying that Houston can win a ring next year.  And overall, they will win a ring before the Lakers do.  Foolish choice for his basketball future and for his public image.

Quote
[expletive] off Dwight

Quote
Well then...

Quote
The Lakers are now the 9th or 10th seed in the West at best.

No cap room, no sign and trade, no nothing.  The Lakers are in serious trouble.  I figured next year was done anyway, but there is seriously zero reason to watch next year.

Quote
History and tradition wasn't enough to keep him here in LA, firing MDA should have been one of the first things FO should have done...disaster.

Quote
Kobe needs to be traded. Otherwise we are hurting our future because he is going to keep us in the running for the playoffs

Quote
Rockets @ Lakers Christmas game, BET.

Dwight gonna get booo'd like a muhhhh

Quote
Well, we should foul Dwight every possession

Quote
WE NEED TO LEARN WHY. If it were his choice, then [expletive] him. He never wanted to be here anyway. If it were because of Mike D'Antoni, the Buss family has some serious explaining to do.

Jim Buss era starting now. Dwight Howard not a big loss he never had the mentality as Shaq or Kobe.

Quote
i knew it!

harden bought howard a million dollars worth of hoes, and now they are buddies

Quote
I didn't know how I'd feel exactly until it actually happened. I'm more mad at Dwight than I thought I'd be just because it hurts seeing somebody leave your favorite team, even if I do understand it.

But, I'm still more mad at the Lakers. They really didn't do anything of substance to truly try to keep him here. The coach and roster just didn't fit him at all, and the Lakers didn't seem to care. They wanted him back, but not at the expense of what they have envisioned for the team.

It's a huge mistake that will cost the Lakers.

Quote
At least it's over. Hopefully getting rid of pringles as the first step.

Quote
Well, maybe we'll get a good pick for the 2014 draft.

Quote
Dwight was also unhealthy last year until the end of the season.

Quote
The way they are going, expect kobe to be amnesty.

Quote
good riddance, rockets aint [expletive]

I know this team is not in the best position right now, but I can't help but laugh at all of this and seeing their reactions.
